  1. How does the rental process work?
  2. To rent a dress, book it online or in-store, pay the rental fee, and submit your measurements. A deposit is required at pickup or as instructed online. Return policies vary based on how the dress was rented.

  3. How long can I rent an item for?
  4. Choose from 3, 7, or 10-day rental packages. Day 1 is pickup, the last day is return.

  5. Can I extend my rental period?
  6. No, extensions are not allowed after placing the order.

  7. What happens if I damage an item?
  8. We assess the damage and contact you. Charges may apply depending on repair/replacement needs.

  9. Do I need to clean the dress before returning?
  10. No, we handle all cleaning after return.

  11. What if the item doesn't fit me?
  12. Dresses are altered to your size but might vary slightly. Inform us within 2 hours of receiving it if there's a major issue.

  13. Is there a limit to how many items I can rent at once?
  14. You can rent up to 5 dresses at a time.

  15. Can I cancel my rental order?
  16. If canceled ≤15 days before the event, rental fee is non-refundable, but deposit is refunded. If >15 days, 20% of rental is charged as a cancellation fee. Special cases may be eligible for credit or rescheduling.

  17. Do you offer shipping?
  18. Yes, we offer shipping with delivery tracking and cost details provided.

  19. Do you offer international rentals?
  20. No, international rentals are not available currently.

  21. How do I know if an item is available for my event date?
  22. Check our calendar on the site/app — available dates are shown in green.

  23. Can I purchase an item after renting it?

  25. Do you offer gift cards?

  32. Yes, garments are steam-ironed before delivery. If more ironing is needed, contact us.

  33. Do I need to return the packaging?
  34. Yes, please return the packaging along with the product.

  35. What documents do I need to submit at the time of order?
  36. You need to submit Aadhar, PAN, or Passport.

  37. What if I accidentally stain the dress?
  38. Minor stains or damage are covered free of charge.
