FAQ Trend On Rent
- Question: - How does the rental Process work?
Answer:- To rent a dress, book it online via our website/app or by in-store, pay the rental fee in advance and provide your measurements. While collecting the product from the store you need to pay the deposit. For online orders, the deposit amount has to be paid as specified on the website/app. Incase of in-store booking the dress needs to be submitted back to the store on the last day of the package. Incase of online booking the dress needs to be handed over to the courier boy on or before the last day of the package.
- Question: - How long can I rent an item for?
We have 3 rental package which are 3 days, 7 days and 10 days. 1st day of the package is the pickup day and last day is the return day.
- Question:- Can I extend my rental period?
Answer :- No, once the order is placed you cannot extend the rental period.
- Question:- What happens if I damage an item?
Answer :- Assessment of Damage: When the item is returned, we will assess the extent of the damage.
Contact Customer : We will contact the customer to inform them of the damage and discuss the next steps.
Charges: As per our policy, customers may incur charges for repair or replacement of rented items based on their condition.
Resolution: We try to give best possible resolution. Our priority is customer satisfaction. Once the customer accepts the charges we either repair the item, or replace it.
Customer Communication: We maintain continuous communication with the customer, keeping them informed at every step of the process and providing any required receipts or documentation.
- Question:- Do I need to clean the dress before returning them?
Answer :- No need to clean, wash, or dry clean the dress before returning it; we'll handle all cleaning processes on our end.
- Question:- What if the item doesn't fit me?
Answer :- This dress is not stitched as per your measurements. Please note that our dresses are altered to fit your measurements, but there may be slight variations in fit. If the dress is significantly loose or tight upon delivery, please inform us within 2 hours so we can assist you further.
- Question:- Is there a limit to how many items I can rent at once?
Answer :- Yes, you can rent maximum 5 dress at one time
- Question:- Can I cancel my rental order?
Answer :- If you cancel the order when there are 15 or less than 15 days remaining for you to receive the dress (1st Day of the package) then the rental amount will not be refunded and if Deposit is paid in advance then the entire deposit amount would be refunded.
If you cancel the order when there are more than 15 days remaining for you to receive the dress (1st Day of the package) then 20% of the rental amount will be charged as cancelation fee and if Deposit is paid in advance then the entire deposit amount would be refunded.
4Exceptions: We believe in customer satisfaction there are times we can give you options for change of date or credit note towards cancellation this decision will be taken on case to case bases from the management of Trend On Rent.
- Question:- Do you offer shipping?
Answer :- Yes we have tie-ups with delivery partner, we inform you delivery costs, delivery times, and tracking information.
- Question:- Do you offer international rentals?
Answer :- No, as of now we are working on it.
- Question:- How do I know if an item is available for my event date?
Answer :- Please Check the availability of the dress on our calendar; available dates will be displayed in green.
- Question:- Can I purchase an item after renting it?
Answer :- To inquire about purchasing the dress, please contact our customer support team. The decision regarding purchasing options will be made by Trend On Rent.
- Question:- Do you offer gift cards?
Answer :- Yes we do offer gift cards you may purchase it from our website
- Question :- I have never rented clothes, I have doubt about hygiene?
Answer :- At Trend On Rent, we prioritize hygiene in all our rental decisions. Our meticulous dry cleaning and sanitizing process ensure that each item meets the highest standards of cleanliness. Additionally, we regularly consult with laundry experts to uphold these standards.
- Question :- What modes of Payment do you accept?
Answer : We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Cash on Delivery, and PayTM payments. Please note that Cash on Delivery option incurs additional service charges and is available only at selected pincodes.
- Question: -
Answer :- For the love of a wrinkle-free garment, we freshly steam-iron the garment before we deliver it to you. In case you feel it requires more ironing, please try steaming the garment on low heat with due care or contact Trend On Rent stylist for advice.
- Question :- Do I need to return the packaging with products?
Answer :- Yes. We request you to retain the packaging and return the same along with the product to our delivery person.
- Question :- What documents Do I need to submit at time of order ?
Answer :- Yes you need to submit Adhar Card or PAN Card or Passport at the time of placing the order.
18 Question:- What if I accidently stain the dress?
Answer :- Minor stains, nicks and damage to buttons and zippers will be taken care of by Trend On Rent free of charge.
- Question :- What if I loose the product?
Answer :- You will need to pay the Retail price of the product.
- Question :- Details on Loyalty Points?
Answer :- a) On referring our mobile application, you will get 50rs (Subject to change on regular basis) Loyalty points. The person to whom you have referred the application should insert your TOR registered mobile number.
- b) On every renting you do you will get loyalty points which differ as per dress.
- c) You might also get some surprise loyalty points from TOR.
- d) While renting a dress you can redeem maximum 10% of the dress rent amount if you have that much of loyal points. If your loyalty points are lesser than 10% of the dress rental amount of the dress you wish to rent then that amount of loyalty points can be redeemed.
