• Accuracy and Security: The Shipping Address you provide must be both accurate and secure. TREND ON RENT will not be liable for any delivery delays if the Shipping Address is found to be inaccurate or insecure during product delivery. Shipping Address Accuracy: Inaccurate or insufficient shipping address details provided by the user during order placement can result in cancellation.

• No response: Sometimes the delivery boys call to get the guidance to find your address. If the receiver/customer/consignee doesn’t answer the call the delivery boy might mark the courier as Undelivered and this may cause delay in delivery for which TREND ON RENT will not be responsible.

• Additional Charges: If the Shipping Address is found to be inaccurate or insecure, additional delivery charges may apply. These charges will be computed at the sole discretion of TREND ON RENT.

• Delivery Partners: All deliveries will be handled either by TREND ON RENT directly or through their shipping partners. The choice of shipping method will be at the discretion of TREND ON RENT.

• Responsibility: Upon delivery of the product by TREND ON RENT at the Shipping Address provided by you, you shall have the entire responsibility in relation to the use, maintenance, and safety of the product ordered by you and delivered by TREND ON RENT to you. Until the product(s) reach the warehouse of TREND ON RENT, any damage caused to the product during transit or before delivery shall be the sole liability of the user.

• Handover of the Product: The product(s) should be returned to the designated person from TREND ON RENT. They will arrange for a pickup from your specified Shipping Address before the return date.
